The Mentor Gap
Free resources to help people keep growing without a mentor, and help new mentors get started
Growth starts where access does.
Most people who grow in their careers had someone to guide them. Many capable people never get that chance, and many who could guide them don't know where to start. The Mentor Gap creates free resources to close that gap, from both sides.

The Virtual AI Mentor guides show you, step by step, how to turn an AI tool you can use for free (like Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini) into your own AI mentor. It won't replace a human mentor, but it helps you keep growing.
